About us
Infinitus Labs is a dynamic knowledge hub providing individuals and organisations with science-based and practise-substantiated solutions. The aim of Infinitus Labs is to assist leaders and organisations in meaningful continuous development and growth. This organisation was created by two internationally renowned leadership scholars who are practise-oriented and share a common passion for doing work that has a positive impact.
Vita Akstinaite, Ph.D.
Vita Akstinaite, Ph.D., is a Professor at the ISM University of Management and Economics in Vilnius, Lithuania. She is also a Visiting Professor at Murdoch University in Australia, at KEDGE Business school in France, and a Visiting Scholar at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland. Vita also has more than ten years of managerial experience working on business intelligence programmes in the information technology industry, and has served as a board member in several organisations and co-founded several organisations and scientific initiatives. Vita’s research uses at-a-distance analysis methods, including artificial intelligence, to assess specific aspects of leadership behaviour or verbal patterns. Other research areas include leadership, ego, linguistic markers, and the use of AI in management.
Inga Minelgaite, Ph.D.
Inga Minelgaite, Ph.D., is a Professor at the University of Iceland. She is a Visiting Professor at a few universities in Europe and serves as board member or chairwoman of the council. She has also worked with triple crown universities (1% best business schools in the world). Inga has more than fifteen years of managerial experience, holding various positions, including head of department, CEO, and board member. She has consulted companies and global leaders in their respective sector. Inga‘s main research field is cross-cultural leadership. Inga is co-author of the first book on organisational leadership in Iceland, “Demystifying Leadership in Iceland: An Inquiry Into Cultural, Societal, and Entrepreneurial Uniqueness“ (Springer), which was nominated for the EURAM Book of the year award. Inga is a global manager for the FEELS project and a country collaborator for GLOBE research, the biggest organisational leadership research, as well as a member of the Editorial Board of IPMA Publications.
